Sifu Catarino, is one of the best instructors out there in my opinion. I am currently studying Jun Fan kickboxing.

Sifus Ben and Catarino are both highly skilled and professional instructors. Coming from a very direct and Hardstyle system as I did it was very interesting and eye-opening to branch out into a system that is the polar opposite I would recommend them to anybody and everybody
Instructors Catarino &Ben teach real self defense with no Messing around. Highly recommend.
