A Fair Advantage & Navarro's Self Defense Concepts:
instructors: Catarino Navarro and Benjamin C. Fair are helping to build extra ordinary excellent martial artist's at a faster pace, with quality, one on one or small group private mentoring and training, in a exclusive beautiful Asian school environment; with real world self defense and traditional humility and morals .
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at A Fair Advantage & Navarro's Combatives:
All classes are in a " PRIVET" school setting for the comfort of our clients. Secured inside a beautiful indoor and out door facility. Must have a clean background check.
Sifu Navarro's backyard group : Focuses on Bruce Lee's or Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jeet Kune Do concepts. This class covers original Jun Fan J.K.D and contempary J.K.D it exposes the students to multiple martial art concepts and styles including but not limiting to:
Wing Chun
Shaolin Chin Na
Combat Aikido and Hapkido
Jujitsu
Tai Chi
Boxing/Kick boxing
Mixed Grappling arts/ Jiu-Jitsu, Combat Sambo, Vale tudo.
Filipino martial arts
Krav Maga
Street Fighting
This group is exclusive and only for the right candidate. This Class focuses on street combatives. Anyone interested will have to go through an interview.
7:00-8:00pm
Ages 13 if size and maturity is appropriate but mostly 14 and up
Class max is 5 students

Tai Chi Class: Is done thru the early part of the day with Instructor Fair and is primarily for health and wellness. Group classes are available.
Early mixed martial arts classes:
Instructor Fair will include traditional weapons, open hand martial arts and modern tactical combatives.
Private class:
maximum is 1-3 students per class, student ages 13 and up unless supervised with parent in class.
will be held at A Fair Advantage Martial Arts School.
Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
9:00 am - 4:00 pm $50.00 per privet class and $10.00 extra charge per person for Spouse or Children.
Must have a clean back ground to apply.
