I watch how the instructors teach the classes and they are nothing but postive and encouraging towards children but at the same time they build discipline. They stress the importance of family, self-esteem, discipline and well being.

The Combat Fitness & Self Defense and Kickboxing program for adults is an outstanding aerobic exercise program in addition to martial arts training.
