Evolution Training

Evolution Training now offers classes across art forms for the most complete martial artist, from ground grappling to standup grappling and striking. Above all, we are a family martial arts and fitness academy.

We are an official Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu affiliate under the instruction of Ernest "Waffle" Ellender, PhD, a Black Belt under Dave Camarillo. Our GJJ program offers kids' classes for students 5+ years old.

Our San Shou kickboxing program offers women-only classes as well as coed classes from beginner to competition sparring. Instructors Anne Cooper and Dustin Carbajal trained directly under Master Jeff Bordelon of the Shaolin Institute. Evolution Training also offers Combatives classes for all interested as well as MMA training for advanced students.

We do offer morning, lunch and evening classes in various martial arts as well as CrossFit. While we encourage students to take their training seriously and commit to a 6 month contract, we do not require it.
