Best workout ever!
I'm a female who views normal gym exercise as boring and purposeless, but enjoys sports and marital arts as excellent, fun, and purposeful forms of exercise. Finding a marital arts school that is both welcoming and challenging as a female student seemed impossible though, until I found Evolution MMA. I’ve been training at Evolution MMA for the past 1.5 years. Jon, Erik and Deejay (Jiu-Jitsu Instructor, Personal Trainer & Kickboxing Instructor) each have a wealth of knowledge and take great care in providing superior instruction, so we the students can and will find success in our goals. Since joining I have lost 30 pounds, competed at 3 tournaments where I placed third and first place and I have had a lot of fun along the way. Ladies out there, Jiu-Jitsu isn’t just for males.
