Evolution has many instructors and different classes available including Children's Kick & Mitt, Cardio/Aerobic Kickboxing, and Cage Conditioning (ramped up Cardio workout).
Our Gibsonia school is adorned with six foot "green" Muay Thai heavy bags and a grappling floor.
Our members are diverse from people who are looking for a great work out and to get in shape to those actively training for competitions.
