ELMA is perfect for all age groups and skill levels. This is a perfect place to began your journey as a martial artist. The instructors still value the old traditions of the arts and this is what they pass down to their students. This is truly a family environment and everyone helps each other get better. ELMA has truly been a blessing in my life.
