I was welcomed into the school like family from day one. The instruction is excellent on every level. The people of this gym have become more like family then friends and the higher ranks are more then willing to work after class to help anyone. The kids programs are great and I've seen the positive changes it's had on my twin 5 year old nephews. This is definitely a gym I would and do recommend.

I have trained here for a couple now love the gym and coaches. I have and will continue to send people to this gym for training. Coach Dondi is a great instructor loves what he does and is very passionate about Bjj and teaching. He is amazing with the kids and there kids program reflects this fact. They teach the kids great life skills not just skills about fighting. Which I think is lost in some of today's society. I have gotten to train with world champions in Bjj and some great mma fighters. Things I would never have experienced anywhere else. This gym has changed my life, and is full of great people, that I consider my family.

Thank you team, and coach Dondi!

Our family has known the owner of Epic for over a year when he was coaching our 6 year old son at another location. We had tried soccer and didn't like it and our son wasn't interested in the sport. Then we tried BJJ. Wow! As a family we enjoyed going to class to watch the kids and how their confidence grew over time. He has a way with kids and he entertained them as well as the parents. I was impressed by his professionalism and how he greeted each parent at every class. When the coach announced he would be at Epic full time we were sad loosing him as a coach, but completely understood the passion and dedication he wanted to invest into his school. If Epic was closer to us we would have followed the owner....coach......and friend.

I am an ex student of Dondi and have trained under him and many other BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai coaches. His skills and coaching techniques will advance your skill level faster than you ever thought possible. I have visited his gym and know some of his current students. I have watched him train all ages from the youngest students to the oldest ( I am 64) and you can not go wrong with this gym and coach. he is one of the most respectful coaches I have ever met and he will teach you and/or your children respect for yourself and for others.

If ur a good looking lady stay away from here. This coach is more worried about getting "close" to his women students. And besides that he moved my kid up n rank way before he was ready and my kid kept getting beat so much he wanted to quit! I don't know where the good reviews came from but I won't b going back here ever.

Maybe a good place just to work out but not for hi level competition. Kickboxing and MMA is a joke here. If your serious about your training find somewhere else. If you just wanna lose weight this place is ok. Cant wait for my membership to be up.

I love this place! The coaches are so helpful, they get you to a level that you didn't think you could reach. The environment in the gym is so easy going and everyone is like family. Everybody helps out. If you're brand new or have been training for years, this place has something for you.
