Ephrata Martial Arts is the largest, most successful martial arts school in the Lancaster County Pennsylvania. The martial arts academy has been a part of the Ephrata community since 1997, offering the very best in mixed martial arts training. Ephrata Martial Arts offers training in mixed martial arts disciplines including Kickboxing, Grappling and Submission Wrestling / SAMBO, Kung Fu, and Self Defense for kids, teens and adults of all skill levels and ages 4 and up. Programs & Class Schedule
There is a 3 month contract upon registering for class. After the initial 3 months students may leave without penalty at any time as long as they notify us. Additional classes (weapons, breaking, privates, etc) are also offered periodically.
Little Warriors - ages 4-7
Tuesday 4:15-5:00pm
Wednesday 4:30-5:15pm (Adv., invite only)
Wednesday 5:15-6:00pm
Saturday 10:15-11:00am
Kids Kung Fu / Kickboxing - ages 7-12
Monday-Thursday, 6-7pm
Friday 6-7pm (Adv., invite only)
Saturday 11-12pm
Kids Grappling / SAMBO - ages 7-12
Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri 5-6pm
Saturday 12-1pm
Adults - ages 13+
Grappling/MMA, Mon/Wed 7-8:30pm
Kickboxing/MMA, Tues/Thurs 7-8:30pm
