I'm new to martial arts, but the more I learn about this sifu, the more surprised I am to find him in Idaho. Empty Hand Combat is run by a world-class master as well as a genuine hero-warrior. Take advantage of this rare opportunity while you can.

I have not only been part of the teaching at this school, but I have also volunteered my time to help the school with training and helping at risk youth, which is what we have learned the most...it's better to give than recieve. This is a great place to have fun and learn great values towards yourself as well as your family and friends.
My Son has trained at Empty Hand Combat with Cosmo Zimik for 4 years. It has molded him into the most kind, giving, encouraging little 10 year old I could ever hope for. He now has three little siblings fallowing in his footsteps, learning how to stick up for others and give to the less fortunate. I couldn't recommend this dojo more! It is more than a dojo, it is a family.
