My son has been attending Elite toma for five years, since he was five years old. I simply cannot say enough good things about this program! I love kids program because they provide such a well-rounded education, exposing my son to what he cannot yet name as his mind-body connection. My son is a rough and tumble, competitive boy, and this program challenges him physically as well as teaches him impulse control, self awareness and perseverance. It boosts his confidence and teaches him how to respect those around him (both teachers and peers). The instructors are incredible and teach real life skills. What started as a preschool activity for him has blossomed into a passion for martial arts. He's at his green belt and I hope to see him earn his black belt as a teenager!
