The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Elite Martial Arts:
Lil' Dragons Ages 4-6; Monday 4:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM
Students work on motor skills, hand eye coordination, and balance all while learning basic karate and its virtues; respect, compassion, discipline, confidence, self-control, and manners. An amazing program for all young children that like to have fun while learning!
Youth & Adult Karate; Class times may vary
The youth & adult karate programs are designed solely with the student in mind. We train a Japanese style of karate called Shorinji-Ryu. This style is traditional with a modern twist, incorporating boxing, sparring, and self-defense. Experience some of the best classes with us.
Tai Chi Chuan; Monday & Wednesday 7:15, Saturday 9:00 AM
Tai chi is available for all teenagers and adults who would like to reduce their stress levels and increase their well being. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that is done slowly with low impact. Exercise your mind like never before with active meditation. Highly recommended by doctors & physical therapists.
