All they do is yell and no safety training.

lots of yelling very little hands on or direct teaching. The head instructor is rarely involved with the classes and there is a complete lack of on the spot corrections being made to form and technique. There was zero training givento new students on basics like proper falling techniques. Very much a "Standard" American Martial Arts experience complete with a head instructor sporting an impossible level of experience.
