Master Eric Smith has been involved in Martial Arts for over 38 years. Instructing in Taeguek Taekwondo and Hapkido, he strives to balance the warrior spirit with the disciplined student. Confidence, self-control, integrity, and a sense of self worth are just some of the many attributes students gain while at Elite Martial Arts. Elite is the only Martial Art school in El Paso Texas that incorporates Martial Arts with Gymnastics. We have several teams for the students to try out for, such as Sparring Team, Demonstration Team, Breaking Team, and our famous A-Team! We offer a traditional taekwondo class mixed with the latest in reality based fighting as well as the excitement and physical attributes of gymnastics. Students will be training along side a highly motivated and dedicated group of students who are committed to improvement and excellence.
Master Smith has always strived to teach that fighting skills are not to be displayed arrogantly or unnecessarily and the wisdom and sensitivity they learn from martial arts can help avoid conflicts before they even arise.
