I wouldn't recommend

I don't think the instructor who runs the class knows what he is doing. And even though he advertised several programs, it seems like karate for young, little kids is all that he really teaches.

I couldn't every get anyone on the phone, no matter what time of the day I called. So I gave up and found them on facebook. They wouldn't answer any questions on there, I had to go try out a 'free' class. I was the only adult with a bunch of little kids. The teacher seemed like a know it all, didn't really want me to join because he said he didn't have anything to offer me. I don't think he liked that I had taken some classes when I was a teenager. Also the place was small and smelled like feet.

Sketchy and unwelcoming. Unprofessional.

I took my 5 year old son there once to try out a class. When we walked in the door the head instructor was cussing at another instructor, a lady who welcomed us and had us fill out papers. It was awkward. He was rude and acted like he was irritated that we were there. Ms. Mary taught my son a trial class and she was great! But he didn't do anything, just played on his phone. Then he stopped the class and called her over, you could hear how ugly he talked to her. He just seems like a bully. I wouldn't trust him to teach my dog much less my child.

Great programs, location, tuition and staff. I highly recommend this school. They offer multiple days of training during the week. Classes are an hour long. You don't have too sign a contract that keeps withdrawing money from your bank account even if your situation changes and your student no longer trains there. The inductors are informed and inspiring. The quality of instruction and positive atmosphere and feeling of team support from the students and their families is why I would recommend this academy.
