I love this place. I take my kickboxing class and love all the instructors. Everyone is so motivating!

My kid love taking karate at ABD! They are learning to live the black belt lifestyle from their instructors who teach by example. Both aspire to b Black belts. I love the high energy kickboxing classes. So much enthusiasm from staff and other members keep you motivated an work in towards your goals!

What started out as something our son was interested in trying - has turned into a full family affair! Little Dragons, Karate Kids, Teen class; Krav Maga and iLoveKickboxing - there is a class for everyone in my family. All the instructors are amazing - they push you and encourage you to go further than you ever imagine you could. We love ABD - we love being part of this great group of people. Not only are there many classes to take but ABD is constantly going out of their way to make you feel like you're part of something bigger - philanthropy, socials, kids nights and family events. A truly remarkable place!

I am so happy I joined America's Best Defense. I love the classes and have finally found a workout that works for me! I recommend this place to anyone!

I would Highly Recommend Americas Best Defense in Spencer. The Buzzell’s and their staff are Phenomenal Instructors and all know there craft very well. They will encourage, push and coach you to be in the best shape of your life while you learn the Self defense skills of Krav Maga. Truly one of the best schools in The North East. You definitely get out of it as much as you want and are willing to put in to it, and will be surprised by how the more you go, the more you will want to go. I have lost over 30 lbs. in the last 4 months, am in better shape and have more energy throughout every day than ever, in addition to being more comfortable if I am in a situation requiring self defense. It is not just instructors that make this a great school, the students are very helpful, welcoming and encouraging making for a great environment.

There are always classes at convenient times with both day and night classes available throughout the week.Very easy to get your time in around any sort of schedule. In addition to being one of the top Krav instructors in the north east they frequently have seminars, bringing in some of the best talent to come in and add to what we are learning. The cost is reasonable and with unlimited access to other classes such as their Kickboxing and Boot-camp as well as your Krav Maga classes, a great value for the money.

In addition to the adults, America's best defense shines with the kid's karate program, not only teaching karate but reinforcing values of respect, honesty and hard work. They have taken the time to not only help my son with Karate but encourage him and challenge him to be his best in school and at home.

Eilte is an amazing school to be a part of for so many reasons. Our family started at Elite with my 4 year old and in the past 8 months all four of us are active members at the school. The instructors treat everyone with respect and importance.
