Excellent Quality self defense

School has Highly quality instructors with over 10 years experience. This is real life street defense instruction. No Katas; no forms; no fancy spinning kicks; cat stances; splits etc. This is no rules self defense; no MMA rings. Krav Maga is hand to hand real life combat/fighting situations. It is taught to combat troops; law enforcemnt; and anyone looking to protect themselves in surprise attacks. Excellent physical fitness; lose weight as the classes are taught from being fully exhausted so you may outlast your attacker/s. Don't be the next victim.
