Our Taekwondo program incorporates traditional martial arts discipline and modern taekwondo sports training. All programs is designed to develop confidence, strength, self-defense and discipline to all students.
Our competition team provides state of the art Taekwondo training to facilitate our athletes and families achieving their goals and dreams. Our coaches are certified by Taekwondo headquarters-Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Federation, USA Taekwondo, AAU Taekwondo. We will customize a training plan for each individual athlete based on their unique skills and capabilities. Training plans will include a breakdown and individual focus on the physical, sparring strategy, flexibility, and form attributes of Taekwondo.
