Love it. Instructors are kind and helpful and I have learned so much. Puts you in good shape. Also you get to learn great life lessons. If you stick with it and have a passion for karate you will learn tons and be able to defend yourself. They have an awesome demo team. Great classes. You will learn jujitsu, sparring, combat weapons, forms, be in a good for condition, Xma (flips), commas, swords, num chucks, sonjbong, bow staff and lots more.
