I've been taking classes here for a while now. They are great about teaching not only self defense but other things I value. My self confidence has grown since I began classes. The instructors and my teammates are very encouraging. It's my home away from home!
I wasn't sure if my kids would like martial arts but I put them in classes anyways. I wanted them to learn how to defend themselves. They're both in elementary school now and we feel it's important for them. They love the classes! They like what they're learning and like the teachers! The teachers do a great job and really push the kids to do their best. I'm a fan of East West Team!
