Nasty Person on Phone (I think it was one of the instructors or the head instructor)

I called the school awhile back to get some information and the lady on the other end was one of the rudest people I have spoken to, especially someone who is attempting to get business. She was unbelievably condescending and actually yelled at me because she assumed I have no discipline. She made it sound like if I didn't join the school and commit to their schedule, Earth would end. I'm sorry lady, I am not much of a bragger, but I can bet you that I outrank you in taekwondo, intellect, manners, etc. I won't be joining your school anyday, or recommending it to anyone I know. Yes, I am familiar with your school (I am not just venting).
