In order to keep things fresh and invigorating, we offer a well-rounded program that incorporates everything you'd expect to learn in martial arts: punches, kicks, self defense, forms, sparring and so much more!
Self defense is a big part of our program. By joining our family, you are trusting your safety to us and that's not something we take lightly. Therefore, everything we do relates to self defense and has a practical application. There is so much more to protecting yourself than just punches and kicks, and we cover all of it.
