WOW!!!! That is the only way to describe this gym.
I have train at several gyms in this area with good Instructors but the friendliness, knowledge and openness of the Instructors and Coaches at this gym is just AWESOME!!!!
I suggest anybody looking to train in Tae Kwon-Do, Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts, go try this gym.
