We are a Gracie Humaita/ Eduardo Rocha affiliated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) school that offers black belt level curriculum. We are guided by an amazing head instructor, Vernie Inocencio. Vernie has over 15 years of experience in BJJ, not to mention other forms of martial arts. He is an accomplished BJJ competitor, coach, and athlete.
We invite you to stop in and try our programs - Adults BJJ, kids BJJ, Adult kickboxing, and kids kickboxing (coming soon).
