Programs & Class Schedule
The focus of the MAC Combat Submission Wrestling Program is to master basic techniques and drills, and have the ability to flow from position to position, escape each position and have both upper body and lower body submissions. Students develop through a progression of flow drills, techniques and unique training methods to build a strong and competitive MMA and Submission Wrestling game.
Judo develops self-discipline and respect for one's self and others. Judo provides the means for learning and developing self-confidence, concentration, and leadership skills, as well as physical coordination, power, and flexibility. As a sport that has evolved from a fighting art, Judo develops complete body control, fine balance, and fast reflexive action. Above all, it develops a sharp reactive mind; well-coordinated with the same kind of body. Judo training gives a person an effective self-defense system if and when the need arises.
Classes are from Mondays-Fridays
Ages: 7-adult
