The instructor, Larry Sloan is a 7th Dan Black Belt, and System Head, titled "Kyoshi" by the UKKSusa in 2021.
We're not talking "pretty". .. we're talking effective. What is taught is skill based, not strength based, so anyone, any age, can learn to defend themselves.
Filipino martial arts can incorporate sticks, knives, and empty hands. It can be incorporated with ANY other martial art as an added tool in the toolbox.
