Hello Tai-Chi friends:
Dragons Wing Tai-Chi and Qigong is dedicated to helping the local community to become healthier through the practice of Tai-Chi and Qigong. To that end free classes are offer at the Bristol Library and at local parks throughout the summer. I also teach at local Senior Centers and at Asbury United Methodist Church in Forestville. My primary focus is on Tai-Chi for health and balance. I currently teach several of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai-Chi for Health programs as well as General Sun Style Tai-Chi and Yang style Tai-Chi Chuan - 24 Form, CMC Short form and standard Yang 108 Long form. I hold small group practice sessions at my home studio in Bristol, which will accommodate about 8-10 people. I am also branching out to meditation classes in the near future with a focus on Taoism and Qigong practice. All levels and ages are welcome.
