Dragon's Lair Martial Arts
5th Degree Master Gary Vincent is the instructor with 44 years of experience studying and teaching Martial arts, a Master in Isshin Shorinji Ryu, under the tutelage of the late Grandmaster Robert Murphy for more than two decades and a proud member of the Black Dragon Fighting Society. Master Vincent has trained in multiple styles and holds 2nd degree Black Belt or higher in most of them, including Goju Ryu, Isshin Ryu and Tae Kwon Do. Master Vincent was an apprentice of Grand Master Lawrence Day, Patriarch of the Black dragons, until he died in December of 2012, and also with Grandmaster Luther Franklin. During this apprenticeship, Master Vincent was learning Dim Mak, Tibetan Burning Palm, Dante's Dance of Death, and Tai Chi. Concurrently, Master Vincent was training with 7th degree Master Jr. Cobb and 5th Degree Master Debra Cobb, practitioners in Shotokan.

Programs & Class Schedule
This training facility, Dojo, will not be suitable for children. Individual and small group sessions are the norm. Preference to students will be given to members of the Military and Law Enforcement. All applicants, men and women, will be screened and interviewed before acceptance. Teaching will include Defensive Hand to Hand, Breaks, Joint manipulation as well as beginner instruction as done in conventional schools. Normal classes will run about 2 hours 3 times a week. Women needing specialized Self-Defense instruction will be given private classes if requested. Honor, Integrity and Respect to the school and students is expected at all times.
