I came to Dragonfly with very little background training in martial arts, and I have to say that I'm loving it! I signed up for the Masters Club so I get to take TKD for fitness, Kenpo for self defense, and Yoga for flexibility. The instructors welcomed me warmly and have been incredibly encouraging as I take on these new challenges.
