Old school look to modern selfdefense

I came to train for self-defense and the school keeps that their core training. The kids classes are great. They teach bully defense and have mat chats to teach kids how to be good kids in class, school and home. But still have fun to keep the kids entertained. The adult classes give you the best of self-defense training. My favorite is filipino, being a lady, it's best to know how to win with a weapon because that maybe the only way to survive. The Jeet Kune Do training is so different from traditional training it really fine tunes your skill and doesn't train you for sport but for real selfdefense.
