My 7-year old son has been at this dojo for over a year. He immediately took to the classes, and particularly Sensei Baggett. He is engaged and highly motivated to do well, which we had yet to see with other activities. My 4-year old daughter also started classes recently, and we were amazed with her focus and interest compared to other activities. All the kids love Sensei Baggett, and he does so well with the young children. I particularly appreciate the 'powerful words' curriculum taught to the young students, taking it beyond the physical aspect and teaching them to be respectful, productive, and caring members of the community. It is a very family-friendly dojo, and I even started the adult class a few months ago. The adult class is challenging, but I love it. It is a great group of people, and everyone is very welcoming of new students. I highly recommend this dojo and Sensei Baggett.
