At Doug Yates Karate we instruct students in the art of traditional Shorin Ryu Karate and Kobudo. The student will learn respect, discipline and humility. They will develop confidence, coordination and a winning attitude.

Monday- Kids (6-11) 5:30-6:15
Adults (12-& up) 6:30-7:15
Tuesday- Kickboxing (All Ages) 6:00-7:00
Competition Class (Competitors Only) 7:05 - 8:00
Wednesday- Kids (6-11) 5:30-6:15
Adults (12-& up) 6:30-7:15
Thursday- Kickboxing (All Ages) 6:00-7:00
Friday- Kids Fighting (6-11) 5:30-6:15
Adults Fighting (12-& up) 6:30-7:15
Saturday- Toddlers Class (3-5) 10:00-10:30
Class (6-& up) 10:45-11:45
Competition Class (Competitors Only) 12:00-1:00
Sunday- Day Off
