Double Sidekick Martial Arts offers students the opportunity to learn quality martial arts, practical self defense, Taekwondo, grounded defense, Jui Jitsu, breaking, sparring & compete with the best of the best at tournaments.
Students can earn their belt ranks beginning with white all the way to Black Belt.
Our instructors & coaches are professionally trained and certified with the Korean World Taekwondo Federation (WTF).
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Double Sidekick Martial Arts:
Monday 5pm grounded defense & jui jitsu (all ages)
Tuesday & Thursday Little Sidekicks (ages 4-9) 6 pm to 6:45
Beginner level training (all ages) 7 pm to 8:30 pm
Intermediate/advanced training (all ages) 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Friday open sparring training (all ages) 7 pm-9 pm
Jui jitsu (all ages)
