The instructors are knowledgeable and patient. The facility is well equipped with training tools, mirrors and a padded floor. Very family friendly staff.
The curriculum is organized, they are learning great skills and also self defense techniques. I like how they practice how to react to bullying, it's important that they feel comfortable yelling "leave me alone!" There are a variety of class times and a lot of extras they can add on like weapons training. They have a good system for kids to work their way up to be class assistants. A big plus is the positive environment. They emphasize great character, goal setting, perseverance, sportsmanship, etc. The instructors are really good, especially the owner. He is great with the kids.
