Programs & Class Schedule
Classes are geared to the individual, and students of all ages (5 and up), backgrounds, and abilities are accepted and encouraged. Progress and attainable rank is dependent upon the individual, and depends foremost on the amount of effort the person is willing to commit to their training.
Classes emphasize basics (punching, kicking, blocking, stances), as good basics are the foundation for forms, self-defense, and fighting techniques. Various teaching strategies are employed to improve basics, such as drilling, correcting forms, and student teaching.
