I love working out at the dojo with Bethel! She offers many different types of classes to meet the body's various needs including full body conditioning, flexibility, pre-hab, and yoga. Bethel not only leads these classes, but also instructs and corrects her students on correct body position to maximize the effect of each exercise. I have been attending these classes since August my 56 year old body has greatly improved its strength, flexibility, and balance. I actually feel like I am in my 40's again!
