Not only great for your body but the training is fun! Mainly Jiu Jitsu/ Grappling background, there is a mix of muay thai boxing, western boxing, and combat submission wrestling. Len Sonia, a black belt in jiu jitsu provides the highest level of training you can find in the area.
Great for anyone, you dont need any sort of MMA background to join. There are fundamental classes/kids classes for those just joining, or adult classes with a higher level of experience. Either way, it is a great place to train. Great for your body! Get in shape today, and do it with a fun way.
