At DMA, students are taught to defend themselves in every fighting range under Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do (JKD) philosophy of totality, constant improvement and developing unique skills tailored to an individual’s talents. DMA is the Pennsylvania Chapter of International Martial Arts & Boxing (IMB) and is the only school in Central Pennsylvania with a certified JKD program. The overall training curriculum also incorporates:

• Cacoy Doces Pares Eskrima

• Kali

• Muay Thai Kick Boxing

• Jujitsu, Judo and Wrestling

• USA Boxing

• Moo Duk Kwan Karate
