Joining Master Desorda’s Martial Arts Academy has been an incredibly positive experience. As an out of shape older woman I am becoming physically stronger and far more flexible. It sharpens the mind and strengthens the body.
Master Desorda is a truly knowledgeable and patient teacher. He works with me at my level of fitness, while challenging and encouraging me to do more and be better.
Martial arts programs are not just for boys or men, it is a sport and fitness program that is well suited for women and girls of all ages. Martial arts will help you become more physically fit, mentally stimulated, confident, and disciplined. Not only will you become more physically fit, make new friends, you will also be learning self-defense techniques and having fun!
An hour in his class has provided visibly noticeable results, more so than an hour at the gym. Classes are very reasonably priced, as are his private sessions. It’s more than just a class it becomes a lifestyle.
