Denton Optimist Judo has been the Denton area for over 50 years. We are a non-profit school focusing on teaching Kodokan Judo.
Our instructors and students have competed at all levels of Judo from local to international - having fought in the Nationals, Olympics Trials, Pan-Americans, All-Armed Forces National Team and others.
We have a family atmosphere and have many families with 2,3 and even 4 generations having studied here.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Denton Optimist Judo:
Judo Classes are Tuesdays at 7:00Pm and Thursdays at 6:30Pm
