Delaware Budokan is the premiere traditional martial arts dojo (training facility) in a 100 mile radius

If you are looking for serious martial arts instruction and a facility that values quality over quantity, discipline over dollars, and effectiveness over "fun", I highly recommend you apply for membership at the Delaware Budokan.
You will find that rare combination of focused martial arts classes which provide a challenging curriculum for both kids and adults, yet are taught with caring instructors whose goal is to help you succeed, not just cash your checks.
I have known Grandmaster Philip Scudieri and Master Celinda Ellsworth for over 20 years. Even when I moved across the country, we never lost touch. If you are accepted as a student at Delaware Budokan, you may find a sense of belonging not found in other dojo.
Whether you are looking for a serious karate class for your kids, a focused yet relaxing class of tai chi chu'an, or the exquisite art of kenjutsu (traditional Japanese swordsmanship), Delaware Budokan is the perfect choice!
