This school is the most diverse martial arts training center i've seen. It offer great reality self defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai and a great Fitness program called FightFIT.
My kids go there too and they love it! I never have to remind them to be ready for class. They look forward to it!
I've been going to defensive edge since 1999. The instructors there are so dedicated and qualified yet it feels like it a family there. My son is turning four next month and I can't wait to get him started too!
