Combatives- Military, Law enforcement, security, Bodyguard, Bouncers Sunday 9am-12pm
All Self Defense- ages 13 & up
Masters Class- Sundays 2-4 pm
Open Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri - 5 pm-9 pm
Sat- 8-4 pm
Sun 9 am to 4 pm
Offering private & Semi-private classes 24/7 300 days per year. We are a full time professional facility. Kitchenette and lounge area, restrooms, changing rooms, and full matted training area plus all other pro equipment. Classes are fun and safe and we do not have contracts.
