At defense Arts Northwest we teach Shaolin Kempo Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai Kickboxing predominantly. The classes are fun, energizing, and great for students of all ages. The instruction staff at Defense Arts Northwest received their training in a small town Dojo near Salem, Oregon and you can really feel that small town influence in the way they interact and care about their students.
