World Class Training by Just About the Friendliest Dudes Ever.

Unfortunately I was only able to go for a few months before I got caught up in school. The HQ is in Quincy and is run by Master Dedeco but I went to the gym in Pembroke run by one of Dedeco's students, Andrew. Right off-the-bat let me just say Andrew is one of the friendliest easy-going guys I've met, on top of that he's a high-level black belt who knows his stuff. Master D would stop by once in a while and teach at the smaller gym in Pembroke. This dude is WORLD CLASS (google him) and has every reason to walk around like some macho asshole, but he's super approachable and always smiling, which makes for a non-intimidating environment. The Pembroke gym is where I would recommend starting. It's smaller in size and a bit less nerve racking to start out. Andrew can give you plenty of attention and the smaller class size makes it feel a bit more personal as you start to see the same faces over and over. Once you feel more confident, pop over to the HQ and train with Master. Bottom line is if it's close to you, you have the time and you want to try bjj, don't bother looking around anymore because there isn't a better combo of genuine friendliness and world class bjj out there.
