The top of any places I've ever trained it helped build me into a better man .
Plus I still I have the core values from it plus I know I can handle myself with self-defense on the street the things you never forget haven't really been practicing myself for many years but I'm still throw it back turning kick and a windmill kick those muscles may be met the things that I'll never forget he was an awesome teacher and a great friend he not only wanted to teach the art but build a better community and I give him full honors for that thank you Master Ross. For what you helped build in me and the community to make it stronger and a better place to live not only is it self defense but it brings you a certain peace with yourself and those around you so most of the time you never even need the self-defense with the self-discipline that he taught everyone and the smarts to not even be in a situation to where you had to worry about fighting thank you master Ross your friend and student forever even though I've not been there for many years Zach Cheney
