This school has lots of room and has been there for decades. Like any Martial Art you get what you put into it but the instruction is very sound.

I feel very lucky having had the opportunity to study at Dave Fricks Karate ( I practiced there a number or years ago and decided to train in several other martial arts to learn as much as possible ) Never found an instructor like Sensei Fricks . I learned courage, discipline, humbleness and so much more . After my training in Karate I went on to train in Hapkido and Aikido for another 6 years . Due to some unfortunate circumstances I had to stop training my body . Karate is as much in the mind as it is in the body . I lived and breathed martial arts and still do . I am now 68 and am ready to train again . The only place I would consider is the school that changed my life . ...my home school on Foster Rd .
I encourage parents to enroll their children at this school . They learn respect, how to avoid fights and most of all how to be humble caring human beings .
