Not only is Sifu Grant a gifted Chen tai chi practitioner, he is a great instructor. He is really great at working with each student at their level and at bringing out the best in each of them. As for the self defense classes, he is great at breaking things down so that students can find the principles to connect techniques rather than overloading student with random movements. He covers all aspects of defense (striking, grappling, ground, weapons, etc. ) . And for student who study tai chi and defense at darsana, the overlap makes students even more efficient in their movement, structure, and art.
