John Dandeneau, a 7th degree black belt in TaeKwon-Do, has devoted more than 40 years to the martial arts and specializes in teaching practical and effective self-defense to adult men and women. He brings a broad, well-rounded perspective to his teaching. TKD is one of the most respected and recognized martial arts in the world today, an art that is based on discipline, respect, and developing the character of an individual.
