Excellent Mixed Martial Arts

The classes are an hour and a half long for the adults, and 45 minutes for my son. Both are tough but fun. I had trained in another style years ago. It feels great to be back in action, and back in shape! My son loves it too. I can't wait until we can take classes together (in a few years).
